The varied product range includes everything from drinks and snacks, travel items and electronics, newspapers and books to stationery, gifts and games. Regional souvenirs give the stores some local colour too.
Thanks to the clear, tidy store design, each traveller rapidly reaches the goal of their personal “customer journey“. Even when looking into the store from outside, the product range is easy to see. Signs, some of which are illuminated, separate the ranges clearly from one another and provide orientation.
A particularly eye-catching feature is the Bestseller Wall in the book section. Trending novels and non-fiction titles are showcased in a large shelf unit with integrated screens. An exclusive at train stations for younger guests is a train-themed retail gondola.
In the Relay stores, wood and steel are the dominant elements. In terms of colour, dark anthracite, warm wooden tones and vibrant red create an exciting contrast.
