Jennifer Münch, the daughter of Konrad Münch, a member of the management team since 9 September 2019 and majority shareholder from December 2020, has always been closely involved in the family business. When she was just a teenager she was already “jobbing” here, gaining experience in administration, purchasing and production, and learnt all she knows today about the company from the bottom up. She joined the company in 2015 as assistant to the management, where she had responsibility for the personnel department and the roll-out of the company ERP system.

With a Master of Arts in International Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communication under her belt, she has the best possible foundation for a career at Münch+Münch. The focus she placed on internationality and communication during her training helped provide fresh perspectives during the company’s international expansion. Having learnt four foreign languages, she was well prepared.

When not at work, she loves to travel around the world and sometimes gets the opportunity to view it “from below” when going diving. She finds relaxation in cooking for family and friends, as well as swimming, reading and skiing.

Konrad Münch is managing partner of Münch + Münch GmbH & Co that he and his brother, Jörg Münch, founded in 1991.

The qualified engineer studied wood technology not just at university, but also in his parents’ company. Because of this, he knows what is important to medium-sized companies: the never-ending willingness to accept new challenges and the ability to master them. This requires specialist knowledge, a strong understanding of the market and personal commitment to Münch+Münch and its customers.

He is also engaged as member of the board of the Rotaryclubs BV and as a member of “Die Familienunternehmer-ASU”, an association of family companies. He spends his free time on the ski slopes or competing in golf tournaments.

Thomas Reuhl has been part of Münch+Münch for more than 20 years and has been general agent since 2017 and Managing Director as of 1st February, 2019. This newest role in his professional career is another milestone in his success.

With a solid qualification, he started his career as a carpenter and became the head of project management and training in a company that created upscale interior designs. In his first year at Münch+Münch, he was responsible for the training of apprentices and was a member of the of the examination board of the Handwerkskammer Rhein-Main (the regional chamber of commerce).

Thomas Reuhl cannot only fall back on his years of experience as a project leader in international retail expansions, as he has also implemented numerous new shop developments over the years as Head of Value Engineering & Development. His team appreciate his structured way of working, his cooperative style of management and his unwavering passion for his profession.

His many interests include architecture and motor sports and in his free time he enjoys such activities as archery, skiing and cycling, or going on city trips.

Dirk Lengsfeld, who has been Authorised Signatory and Head of Project Management since 9 September 2019, is a “home-grown talent” in the best sense of the word. About 25 years ago, he began his professional career at Münch+Münch as a journeyman carpenter. He then trained as a master carpenter and in this role rapidly assumed responsibility for work scheduling and bench space.

Dirk Lengsfeld now has extensive experience and a catalogue of successes behind him as a manager and subject matter expert. For many years, he ensured the smooth-running of the individual support service for key clients in his role as project and team leader. This latest leap to Head of Project Management catapults him to the top of team management.

In his spare time he devotes himself entirely to his family but keeps fit through cycling and cardio and strength training.

Together with his Brother, Konrad Münch, Jörg Münch founded Münch + Münch GmbH & Co. in 1991.

He knows all sides of the trade. He is not only a master carpenter, but also studied economics and business administration. As a graduate economist, Jörg Münch has not only gained experience in companies, but he has also practiced the trade from the bottom up in his father's carpentry workshop.

Successes? Crises? Nothing can get in the way of this creative mind: A solid code of values is a foundation that he can rely on. His interests are as varied as his commitment to Münch+Münch: from travel photography to painting, from literature to concerts.
