CHANGE ++ Postbank’s individual branches will be successively redesigned under the “Filiale im Wandel” (Evolving Branch) concept, including the replacing of many of the shop counters, in the rollout that began in 2016/17. All in all, around 850 branches will represent the brand as innovative, customer friendly and with value placed on service. With 13 million customers, the Postbank is one of the largest financial service providers in Germany. Their focus is placed on the retail business offered to individual clients.
DEMANDING REQUIREMENTS ++ Münch+Münch takes control of the Shop Value Engineering as well as the production and assembly of furniture. The highest standards of workplace safety, strict ergonomic standards as well as wear-and-tear values are unified by the brand’s new image. Moreover, the current rollout places the highest of demands on the coordination of all trades and logistical challenges.
